Ever wondered what your first day as an intern at cranberry towers is like? We asked our new panda cub, Margherita Iacopini, to share her experience ... read on!

First day at Cranberry Panda and I already feel at home. The company culture of a relaxed and friendly environment was emphasised as soon as I stepped into the office. Today I got to meet everyone in the team and talk to them individually about their roles and experience at Cranberry Panda whilst offering so much advice and help. Everyone is extremely welcoming and clearly have in-depth knowledge about their specialism. It is also clear that each member of the company prioritise the value that they bring to each of their candidates and clients and the quality of service they provide, Cranberry Panda have a reputation of building strong relationships.

I am an undergraduate student at the University of Leeds currently reading BA Management, and have just finished my first year. I am not sure about which career path I wish to pursue but I plan to keep my options open, and I feel that an internship at Cranberry Panda is a great place to start my career journey. I have to admit that before gaining the position as an intern at Cranberry Panda I had no idea what ecommerce was. However, being given the opportunity to speak to everyone on the team my knowledge of recruitment and ecommerce has strengthened and it is only my first day here.

I am excited to be part of the team here at Cranberry Panda; the open and friendly team atmosphere is encouraging in such a high paced and results driven industry. I cannot wait to learn more from the team and see what other valuable insights I can gain from being a Panda intern.
