About the Role...

We are looking for a Director and a passionate advocate of innovation in communication to join the senior management team. This exciting opportunity will see you delivering some of the most innovative projects, for some of the most exciting organisations, on a daily basis. Your new responsibilities will include:

• An active role in the management of the consultancy and driving new business
• Creating Multi-channel, channel shift and digital strategy

• Working in partnership with clients to understand and define their needs
• Developing innovative bespoke solutions that meet client needs and budgets
• Overseeing end to end delivery of projects. Applying big picture thinking while pushing detailed delivery plans forward.

About You…

You will have entrepreneurial drive and track record of personal initiative and professional growth. The successful applicant is likely to be working, or have worked, in a similar fast-paced environment such as a major consultancy at a senior level. Essential qualities for this role include:

• Management consultancy experience including consultancy team leadership and consultancy sales

• A proven track record in e-commerce, multi-channel strategy, digital media and business development
• A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to operate effectively at senior levels and manage staff
• Strategic thinker who can communicate and share their ideas succinctly
• Strong analytical skills and real-time judgement
• Creativity and tenacity to overcome challenges and deliver bespoke solutions
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, able to craft logical arguments and deliver them convincingly.
