One of the world’s fastest-growing global eCommerce platforms is looking to appoint a Head of Warehouse Operations to help build and scale its European fulfilment network.

This is a unique opportunity to join during a period of rapid international expansion, taking ownership of warehouse operations strategy across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and expansion of the European warehouse network.
• Build and optimise fulfilment operations across multiple countries.
• Drive operational excellence across productivity, quality and cost.
• Partner with 3PL providers to maximise warehouse performance.
• Develop scalable operational processes to support continued growth.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to deliver operational improvements.

We’re looking for

• Extensive warehouse or fulfilment operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience building or scaling warehouse networks.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce or retail fulfilment.
• Experience managing 3PL partners across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Product and Engineering.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
