We are partnering with a rapidly expanding global eCommerce business looking to appoint a General Manager of Logistics to lead and scale its operations across Germany.
This is a senior leadership opportunity offering full operational and P&L ownership, with responsibility for developing a high-performing logistics network in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Lead end-to-end logistics operations across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile delivery.
Own the German logistics P&L, driving cost efficiency, profitability and service performance.
Develop and optimise logistics infrastructure, fulfilment processes and delivery networks.
Build and lead a high-performing local operations team.
Drive continuous improvement across SLAs, operational costs and customer experience.
Partner with international stakeholders to support business growth and expansion.
Significant leadership experience within logistics, supply chain or fulfilment operations.
Strong knowledge of the German logistics market is essential.
Experience within eCommerce, marketplaces or large-scale, multi-category retail environments.
Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen.
Experience building or scaling logistics operations and managing complex delivery networks.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
Fluent English and strong international stakeholder management skills.
