Our Story

Cranberry Panda was founded over 13 years ago with a simple mission: to help ambitious consumer brands build exceptional teams. As one of the UK’s original ecommerce recruitment specialists, we’ve evolved into a leading consumer talent consultancy supporting businesses across the UK and Europe.

In the early days, we were among the first specialist recruiters dedicated to ecommerce, partnering with pioneering retailers such as Fenwick and some of the UK’s fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, including Simba Sleep. As digital commerce transformed the consumer landscape, we helped build the teams behind that growth, connecting forward-thinking businesses with the talent they needed to scale.

As our clients evolved, so did we.
