They are seeking an experienced Content & Production exec to step up into this role and support the brand & content output for their international sites.

About the Role...

Reporting into The Site Experience Manager this position is vitally important in terms of safeguarding the brand’s TOV and digital output. You will help take a lead on content production, coordinating with the creative leads in order to plan and manage the delivery of the content marketing calendar across all international sites.

  • You will be responsible for all site uploads and manage all the site content and operations
  • Serving as a key liaison between all the different team members and contributors across the business, you will take a lead on the smooth running of all onsite activity
  • Confidently taking the lead on liaison with the translations agency to ensure all content is on brand and delivered in a timely manner
  • Project manage key site activity and oversee all scheduling and planning to ensure the site is supporting the overall brand TOV and marketing objectives
  • Serving as a key liaison between all the different team members and contributors across the business, you will take a lead on the smooth running of all onsite activity
  • You will be expected to oversee all digital campaigns, monitoring their success and interpreting the data to inform the content roadmap moving forward
  • Keeping abreast of competitors and digital advancements in the industry you will advise on UX best practice to ensure a seamless multichannel brand experience

About You…

We’re looking for a content production aficionado who is as confident building content and managing workflows as they are liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Someone who’s not afraid to roll their sleeves up and jump into the CMS to resolve technical issues or sit in on a strategy meeting and advise on digital content best practice. This will be an amazing team to work in and learn from and give you some phenomenal international exposure…!

  • A highly organised and individual with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project management experience and confident working with CMS
  • Confident with CSS Styling - create and publish pages inside of the CMS. Any prior HTML experience highly advantageous
  • Strong ecommerce production/web management experience
  • Proficient in user testing – able to advise and lead this process, using insights to inform the global digital strategy (confident with or eager to upskill working with GA)
  • Able to take these stats and make recommendations for future decisions, ensuring delivery of the best possible online customer experience
  • Strong ecommerce production/web management experience, confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and leading the charge on the content roadmap
  • Confidence to serve as the brand guardian – ensuring the creative direction that has been set is adhered to across all digital touchpoints
  • International market exposure would be highly desirable
  • Experience working in the premium/luxury online retail sector is vital
  • Understand the commercial impact the content must have - experience tracking and monitoring content marketing to track to efficacy of branded campaigns
