Responsibilities:
- Consistently improve the performance of content and design for performance marketing
- Work with designers, creatives and art directors to create best in class design
- Stay ahead of the curve with design on digital platforms and best practices
- Present designs to the team and key stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Consistently meet creative schedules and online marketing requirements
Requirements
- Extensive design experience working in a design agency or in-house
- Experience creating beautiful designs for digital advertising outputs
- Slick portfolio demonstrating strong layout, great typography and brilliant animation
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
