CRM Manager - Fashion Brand 


£40,000 - £50,000 + 15% bonus

London (Hybrid)

Permanent Post, Client Side, Mid Level

A well-established Fashion brand is on the lookout for an experienced CRM Manager to join their Digital team.


The brand is embarking on a period of digital transformation & growth and investing heavily online. With lots of exciting plans in the pipeline, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark and have a significant impact on a traditional brand.


About the Role:

  • Own & drive their CRM channel – develop the CRM Lifecycle strategy to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Develop a data capture strategy for the brand – utilising lead generation advertising, e-receipts etc.
  • Develop and execute their loyalty programme and take ownership of this.
  • Oversee BAU email marketing activity including briefing, build, optimisation and execution, with the support of the Senior Digital Marketing Exec.
  • Work closely with other internal teams in the business including Merchandising, Trade & Marketing teams.
  • Key stakeholder management
  • Customer segmentation, utilising customer data


About You:

  • +3 years experience in CRM/Email Marketing
  • Ecommerce background – Retail, Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Lifestyle
  • Strong ESP knowledge – ideally Ometria
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands on environment
  • Good working knowledge of data analysis and segmentation
