We are excited to be working with a scaling D2C Subscription brand to help them find a CRM Manager. This role will suit a Senior CRM Executive who is looking to take a step up!
A unique brand that has been rapidly growing across the UK & Europe with lots of milestones been hit in the last 18 months and exciting growth plans in the pipeline including new product launches, international expansion & growing their team.

About the Role:
- Own & drive the CRM strategy across email, SMS & push notifications to increase retention rates
- Drive extra sales as they scale in the EU region – customer journey, website content etc.
- End-to-end email campaigns including brief, segmentation, scheduling, testing and execution
- Optimise website improvements to increase retention
- Tracking & analysis of performance of campaigns and spotting opportunities for future activity
- Reporting and presenting findings to the team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- +2 years’ experience working in CRM/Email Marketing
- Experience working for a high-growth D2C brand
- Start-up/Scale-up experience is a huge bonus!
- Comfortable making recommendations, a self-starter
- Strong analytical background
