Cranberry Panda has partnered exclusively with a growing Digital Marketing Agency in Central London to help them hire for a number of key positions – one of these being for a Digital Account Manager.

About the Role

  • Creative & strategic management of key accounts, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
  • Growing new and existing accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Advise and make recommendations to clients on how to achieve their business objectives.
  • Defining detailed technical requirements, before developing campaign and project delivery plans.
  • Delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social, PPC, organic search and email.
  • Monitoring budgets and preparing detailed monthly reports.
  • Regular calls and meetings with clients to report back on performance.
  • Researching and analysing data to get to meaningful observations and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with agency colleagues and external partners to plan and brief work, take note of their ideas etc.


About You

  • +2 years experience working in account management
  • Agency side experience - ideally with an eCommerce or Digital Marketing Agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels - PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM etc.
  • Strategic thinker - ability to see the bigger picture and how different channels work together
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Strong reporting & analysis skills - Google Analytics
  • Confident communicator and good presentation skills
