We are excited to be working with a Health Tech start-up within an established Health & Wellness brand.
They have recently launched a new customer app, which is still in testing stages and is aimed at targeting specific health journeys for three key conditions. As the team is scaling quickly, they are now in need of a Head of Growth Marketing, who will play a core role in acquiring new customers!
About the role:
- Work with the Product Managers, Journeys Head of Marketing, Consumer Insights team, and Beta users to develop the storytelling, messaging, and proposition to inspire people to act.
- Work with the Head of Partnerships to develop strategies with partners to broaden the reach of the brand’s messaging.
- Act as the guardian of the brand – ensure all branding and key information strategies are in line with overall business strategy without compromising the brand’s integrity.
- Work alongside brand agencies to develop the brand guidelines and effective positioning in the market, ensuring this is aligned to the journey's value proposition and consumer needs.
- 2 years+ previous experience.
- Experience and passion in wellness with leading wellness brands.
- Experience of working in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to break down complex problems or solutions and articulate them in a compelling and simple way.
- Strong organisational agility and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment
