We are excited to be working with a Health Tech start-up within an established Health & Wellness brand.

They have recently launched a new customer app, which is still in testing stages and is aimed at targeting specific health journeys for three key conditions. As the team is scaling quickly, they are now in need of a Head of Growth Marketing, who will play a core role in acquiring new customers!

About the role:

  • Day-to-day management of the digital marketing performance and brand campaigns across all channels to drive sales.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a proven track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns.
  • Propose new strategic ideas to the Head of partnerships to grow brand awareness in the market and suggest opportunities to broaden the reach of the brand’s messaging.

About You:

  • 2 years+ previous experience.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.s
  • A great growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Creative and innovative – not afraid of pushing boundaries, testing new concepts, and showcasing these to stakeholders in a compelling way.
  • Working knowledge of ad tools and of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Airship, Adjust, App store analytics).
