Digital Marketing Manager - Luxury Brand

London (Hybrid model)

Up to £60,000 + 15% Bonus

We are excited to be working with this world-renowned brand to help them hire for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team in London.


Having recently merged their digital marketing team with their e-retail team, you will work across multiple brands, bringing campaigns to life across a wide range of channels.


About the role:

  • Develop & execute the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including paid media, CRM & content.
  • Stakeholder management – liaising with brand directors, external agencies etc. to align on digital marketing campaigns and deliver best in class digital plans.
  • Identify market and consumer trends to optimise plans, spend and performance based on insights.
  • Lead the CRM strategy across locally managed brands.
  • Manage their senior CRM & Digital Executive and potentially hire new people in the future.
  • 70% of the role will be paid media focused – Paid Social, Display & PPC.
  • Strategy – shape briefs, look at learning & insights etc.



  • +5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Ideally a Luxury background or an understanding of that sector
  • Experience working in a large company
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Agency or client side background
  • Strong paid media experience – Paid Social, Display, PPC
