About the role
- Day to day management of the digital marketing performance and brand campaigns across all channels to drive eCommerce sales
- Managing 3 markets - Germany, Sweden, and Denmark's
- Strong analytical skills, including a proven track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns
- Working closely with European digital agencies to support all local operations and digital activations and ensure delivery of impactful campaigns; produce weekly and monthly local reports by market, channel, and campaign
- Propose content partners and partnerships to grow brand awareness in each market and suggest opportunities for both the store and online presence.
About you
- 2-5 years+ previous experience in Digital/Performance Marketing ideally from e-commerce
- Open to considering people from specific backgrounds such as Paid media or Paid social who want to learn and develop other channels
- 2 years minimum of the above experience must have been for Germany
- Has previous experience of working in a multi-cultural setting and across geographies
- Native-level in German + fluent in English
- Working knowledge in Google Analytics and MS Office, including a good command of Excel
- Ability to travel from time to time within Europe
- Strong analytical skills, including a proven track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns
