This is an exciting opportunity for an established Influencer Marketing Manager to join a hugely successful beauty brand. Your role will be crucial in growing awareness for the brand and building relationships with their influencer and content creator network.
Responsibilities:
Paid Influencer and Content Creator Campaigns:
- Develop innovative influencer strategies to build awareness
- Responsible for the management and execution of the UK influencer and creator campaigns
- Grow their network of influencers
- Analyse and measure influencer marketing effectiveness
- Develop influencer selections and present for approval
- Write briefs for campaigns alongside creative and ecommerce teams
- Manage the influencer budget
Influencer Affiliates:
- Grow the affiliate influencer program
- Own the affiliate influencer marketing strategy
- Help identify appropriate talents
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with influencer affiliates
- Write creative briefs and manage the process
- Manage program budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- 2 years+ in an influencer marketing management role
- Proven ability to build, execute and scale influencer campaigns
- Expert in written and visual content with excellent proof-reading skills
- Passion for data and measurement, able to report and analyse
- Passionate about the beauty industry and diversity
- Black book of creators, influencers and agents is a bonus
