We have an exciting new exclusive opportunity with a people-orientated, Drum recommended Digital Marketing Agency in London!


They are looking to hire a New Business Marketing Manager, who will lead the strategic planning for eCommerce brands and onboard exciting new brands as part of the growth team.


They are a small but growing team in London (circa 20 people), with international offices and a client base across the UK, Europe, US & Australia with opportunities to travel & work abroad. They have a fantastic culture with many employees choosing to stay for 5-10 years due to the collaborative work culture, huge amount of training, career development, progression opportunities & passion for ecommerce at the core.


About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be shadowing a BIMA 100 award winner and learning from the best!
  • You'll be speaking directly to eCom Managers, delving into their brand performance and tailoring marketing strategies & roadmaps which help them improve their brand, product & marketing
  • A creative role where you'll be collaborating with the wider team to come up with new ideas to grow eCom brands
  • Pitching for new business, preparing in-depth presentations & decks for clients
  • You'll be catching-up with the biggest platforms & partners to build your network in the eCom space
  • Managing clients and employees efficiently to hit deadlines and targets
  • Project management – spinning multiple plates at once and working in a fast-pace, dynamic environment


About You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a eCommerce, account management or business development role
  • Strong Digital Marketing knowledge – understanding of PPC, Paid Social, SEO & Email Marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven track record of high level client management or business developing and building lasting relationships
  • A strong communicator who can read the room
  • Creative thinker – you will have lots of ideas and tips to share with clients
