About the Role…
This is essentially a brand new hire for the team – as they are very much still in start-up mode they are happy to look at CRM Executive & CRM Manager level candidates. For them it’s more about the individual being driven and passionate!
- Responsible for customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategy
- Executing a customer focused communication approach
- Implement and execute acquisition within social media
- Content strategy
- Email Marketing using Mailchimp
- Execute the implementation of multi-channel direct marketing programmes
- Analyse existing customer data to drive business understanding, developing new data sets and techniques
- Work closely alongside the Ecommerce Manager and Community Manager
- MUST have experience working in the Beauty industry (this is an absolute essential!)
- Start-up/high-growth company experience is desirable
- Proven track record of building customer bases
- Email Marketing experience
- Strong Analysis and reporting skills
