They are now hiring for a newly created role, a Senior CRM Specialist – this is an amazing opportunity for someone to join the business at the start of their CRM journey, lead and take ownership of the entire CRM strategy & activity and make your stamp on it from day one!
About the role:
- Responsible for building and driving their CRM strategy from scratch, with support from the Digital Marketing Manager.
- End-to-end email campaign process – build, test, execute, optimise, report & analyse performance.
- Working with various key stakeholders across customer service, product and operations.
- Driving segmentation for different audiences and brands e.g., VIP customers, B2B customers
- Project management – including the implementation of a new CRM platform
- Building a B2B outreach program and identifying more opportunities in this area
- Working with the wider team on data analysis and trends
About you:
- +3 years’ experience in CRM/Email Marketing
- Ecommerce background – ideally Retail
- Experience working on an ESP migration
- Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset
- Hands on and willing to get stuck in
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scale up environment
