At the launch of our 2018 ecommerce salary survey & insights report, it was clear that a gender pay gap exists in ecommerce.

In fact, men are paid 26% more than women on average – an astonishing figure if you ask us! Our research into this debate hasn’t gone unnoticed.

We’re happy that this pay gap isn’t being ignored, and we hope to highlight the disparity of salaries between men and women in ecommerce.
