Panda Q&A: Our Marketing Admin Assistant Katie

Panda News

In our latest Q&A, our Marketing Admin panda Katie, takes the hot seat.

What are you looking forward to most about being a panda?

Well since I started in November, it’s obviously got to be the Christmas Party! Honestly, it has to be the fact that I will be learning so much about an area I do not have the greatest idea about, but I am excited to be challenged and to see where my future as a panda takes me!

Here’s a ticket to anywhere in the world – where do you go and why?

I have too many places that I would love to go to. So, I have rattled it down to four places, Sydney, Dubai, New York and Washington DC. Honestly, they all have different reasons, but I think I am going to have to choose New York, but ideally at Christmas. Come on, who doesn’t want to go to New York at Christmas and go ice skating in Central Park?

If you could have a drink with one celebrity/public figure/childhood hero, who would you pick and why?

Steven Gerrard will have to be my top pick! As a Liverpool fan, he is my childhood hero and meeting him would be like a child meeting Father Christmas. I have always wanted to know what it felt like winning the Champions League on that famous day in Istanbul (even though I was only 6)!

If you had one superpower, what would it be and why?

I would love to be invisible because that means that one ticket to anywhere to go in the world, would become infinite tickets to anywhere I wanted to go. A whole world trip whilst being invisible, what more could you want?

If you were a giant panda for the day what would you do?

Eat as much bamboo as possible and run around China giving people massive panda hugs. Not just the forests of China, but the streets as well! Imagine seeing a giant panda running around in Bejing whilst you’re in a massive traffic jam, that would be amazing.

Thank you!

Let us do a little bit of admin and then your comment will be added to the conversation. Or not. Depends on what you wrote. Panda bears don't like swears.
