Our client is one of the most talked-about brands within the health industry. Chances are that you will have stumbled across their Instagram page, seen them across billboards, or might have heard some UK celebs boasting about them.

They have seen outstanding rapid growth and the business is going from strength to strength. As a result, they are hiring multiple roles across their eCommerce and Digital team.

This is a brand new role for the business. The CRO Manager will be responsible for helping to improve the user experience and enhance the online platform in line with the brand equity.

About the role

  • Be fully accountable for the end-to-end testing experiments
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for further improvements to the customer journey that will increase loyalty and profitability
  • Support the development and execution of A/B tests by feeding in new ideas into the testing roadmap
  • Communicate test findings to the wider team

About you

  • Several years experience within eCommerce and working in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with using Optimizely and Google Tag Manager
  • Ambitious, strategic, and can see the bigger picture
  • Strong understanding of being able to influence the consumer behaviour
