They have recently had major growth within the business which has created room for a new eCommerce Assistant, that has a real drive for success and progression.
About the role:
- Supporting the eCommerce manager photoshoot and sampling activities
- Ensuring excellent customer service – responding to customers via e-mail and social media platforms and telephone enquiries, as well as order management – working with the warehouse team to manage orders from various online sales channels
- Using SEO knowledge to copy write product descriptions and style recommendations.
- Solutions and problem-solving customer complaints.
About you:
- Basic understanding as an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Assistant
- An e-commerce enthusiast with a positive attitude for their career and development
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for details.
- Experience using Magento/Shopify and PhotoShop is preferred.
