About the role
- Responsible for owning the execution of all eCommerce activities to achieve revenue targets across all digital channels.
- Responsible for all CRM and loyalty strategy
- Liaising with colleagues and agencies to make sure everything runs smoothly across customer experience, usability, budget management, performance reporting and analysis.
- Manage the performance agency on a day to day basis ensuring they are fully aware of the business’s marketing calendar and plans
- Strategise ways to drive customer engagement and retention
- 3+ years experience in eCommerce
- Must have Shopify experience
- CRM/Email campaign management
- Google Analytics
- Paid Ads experience - Preferably Facebook, and Google
- Fantastic communication - both written and oral
- Able to prioritise and manage several projects
