The role will be responsible for all online activities - balancing trading while developing and delivering wider eCommerce developments.
About the role
- Be accountable for the sales performance and site KPIs globally
- Work closely with the Creative team to ensure content is available on time for SEO purposes
- Analyse and report on trade performance and feed this back to the wider team regularly
- Lead and grow a team of merchandisers at various levels
About you
- eCommerce experience with a strong understanding of online merchandising gained within Fashion
- Solid management experience
- Hands-on, strategic, with a commercial background
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
