We are excited to be working exclusively with this client. This is a huge opportunity to join a brand new Marketplace which is launching at the end of 2021. This will be a dynamic start up driven by sustainability, education and empathy.
The successful candidate will be working directly with the CEO in the run up to the launch. You will be joining as the first member, and will have full autonomy, eventually leading a team. The ideal candidate will have several years experience working within marketplaces, will be hands-on and used to working in a start-up environment.
There will be huge space to learn and grow and be part of the founding team.
About the role
- Manage all relationships with partners and vendors
- Set achievable goals and strategy for growth expansion
- Create sales reports and feed back to the CEO on a weekly basis
- Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships
- Solid experience within eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Sales
- Exceptionally strong with building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong in decision-making and problem-solving; and extremely organised
- Able to lead and execute with proven ability to recruit and scale against aggressive growth targets
