Senior eCommerce Account Manager 




Permanent Post, Client Side, Senior

A brilliant opportunity to join a scale-up brand that is going from strength to strength. The business has seen huge growth recently, and as they enter more markets, they need a highly experienced eCommerce Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of all their current partners, as well as acquiring new business.

About the role

  • Manage all partner relationships; understanding their business, their KPI’s, likes and dislikes
  • Be the key point of contact for all new business opportunities
  • Analyse sell through run rates against targets and feedback to senior stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Look at competitors and analyse gaps and opportunities
  • Support channel marketing activities like community events, training, etc

About you

  • Strong communication skills - able to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external members
  • Commercially-minded, strong negotiation skills, and results driven
  • Self-sufficient with a positive can-do attitude
  • A problem solver with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast moving start-up and adapt quickly to a changing environment
