An international consumer technology business is seeking an experienced Product leader to drive the evolution of its supply chain technology capabilities.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the platforms and systems that support large-scale operational processes across multiple international markets. Working closely with Engineering, Data and Operations, you’ll lead the product vision for a portfolio of critical operational capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, resilient and able to support continued business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for a suite of operational technology platforms.
  • Lead the development of scalable platform capabilities supporting complex operational workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data and Operations teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
  • Drive product innovation through data, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Build and develop a high-performing product organisation.
  • Establish clear product priorities, roadmaps and success measures across multiple workstreams.

 

About You

  • Significant experience leading Product within supply chain, logistics or operational technology.
  • Strong understanding of complex operational environments at enterprise scale.
  • Experience delivering platform products used across multiple markets or business units.
  • Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
