We are representing a leading consumer goods company in a search for an experienced ecommerce professional to support a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. Operating within the health and wellness sector, this organisation is known for its innovative products and commitment to quality, aiming to expand its digital presence across Europe.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of an established online shop. Responsible for ensuring smooth operation, the successful candidate will monitor site functionality, swiftly resolve technical issues, and collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to optimise the online shopping experience. This is a pragmatic, hands-on position with room for growth, where independence is balanced with collaboration across departments.

The working environment is characterised by a culture of trust and accountability, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving. The team values shared success and empowers individuals to make meaningful contributions to the brand’s digital growth strategy.

Candidates should have a proven track record in ecommerce, ideally with 3–5 years experience working in a retail or direct-to-consumer setting. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset to identify trends and implement improvements. Fluency in German and English is essential to facilitate effective communication across teams and customer segments.

Core skills and experience include:

  • Hands-on experience managing online retail platforms or ecommerce sites
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Effective cross-functional communication in multilingual environments

This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements (three days in the office and two days remote). The position presents a unique chance to develop within a dynamic, expanding company dedicated to making a positive impact on health and wellbeing. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications for consideration.
