Head of Last-Mile Operations

We’re supporting one of the world’s fastest-growing global eCommerce platforms in hiring a Head of Last-Mile Operations to lead the strategy and performance of its rapidly expanding European delivery network.
This role is responsible for designing scalable last-mile delivery solutions, managing logistics partners and driving continuous improvements across delivery performance, cost and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and optimisation of last-mile delivery operations across Europe.
- Manage strategic relationships with courier and logistics partners.
- Own key operational KPIs including delivery performance, cost and customer experience.
- Develop scalable SOPs and operational processes to support network growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Support expansion into new markets and continuously improve network performance.
We’re looking for
- Significant experience within last-mile delivery or logistics operations.
- Strong background managing courier and logistics partners.
- Experience designing operational processes and delivery solutions.
- Data-driven approach to improving operational performance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Operations, Product and Engineering.
- Fluent Mandarin and English.
