We are representing a leading consumer brand in a search for a TikTok Shop Manager to launch and grow a new social commerce channel. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial direction of an established brand while developing an important area of digital growth.

Role overview

You will take ownership of TikTok Shop trading, from initial setup through to ongoing optimisation. Responsibilities will include managing the channel budget, forecasting revenue, protecting margins and planning promotional activity.

Day to day, you will oversee product listings, bundles, inventory coordination and mobile-first product pages. You will also develop an affiliate and creator network, provide clear creative guidance, assess content performance and support paid activity through Spark Ads and creator whitelisting.

Using trading and campaign data, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales and return on investment. You will work closely with ecommerce, marketing, creative, operations and external partners to deliver a smooth customer journey and reliable fulfilment.

Team and environment

The working environment values initiative, collaboration and practical problem-solving. This role offers meaningful ownership, the opportunity to build a channel from the ground up and scope to influence wider social commerce and ecommerce activity. Flexible working is supported, with a blend of office and home-based work.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will bring a commercially focused approach, strong organisation and experience of turning social content into measurable retail performance.

  • Practical experience using TikTok Shop Seller Centre or a comparable social commerce platform
  • Experience managing ecommerce budgets, revenue targets, margins or channel-level financial performance
  • Knowledge of affiliate programmes, creator partnerships, product sampling and performance-led content development
  • Experience with paid social activity, including Spark Ads, whitelisting or promoting user-generated content
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners

The package includes flexible working hours, hybrid working, holiday allowance with the option to buy additional days, performance-related reward, private medical cover, enhanced pension provision, family support policies and opportunities to volunteer. Applications are welcomed from people with varied backgrounds and experience who can bring a thoughtful, commercially minded approach to this opportunity.
