As this brand continues to grow their online presence, they are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join them and lead on driving the transformation of their digital experiences. This role is crucial in introducing and developing a product-led strategy to the digital business. A brand new hire for the team - you will have full responsibility for the lifecycle of their digital products and related technical platforms.
About the role
- Define the product backlog and ensure that you have a clear roadmap
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the product roadmap is delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure that on-site technical and off-site customer issues are communicated transparently and managed swiftly
- Work closely with the UX team to ensure all changes meet customer need
About you
- Previous product management experience in a digital retail industry
- Able to make commercially balanced decisions
- Experience working with SaaS vendors and third party supplier management
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
