Junior Product Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 base + benefits
Central London – 2/3 days in office
A fast-growing eCommerce Tech platform is searching Junior Product Manager with a passion for delivering simple and effective digital solutions. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager within an agile, cross-functional team to develop and improve digital products across web, mobile apps, and internal systems.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Product Manager with 2+ years of experience looking to work with and learn from a high-performing team of 6 with the opportunity to progress and lead a business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to manage a team and deliver digital projects.
- Assist in building and executing product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Conduct customer and market research to understand needs and test potential solutions.
- Help manage the product backlog and prioritise tasks to maximise business impact.
- Work alongside engineers to develop solutions to business challenges.
- Keep up with industry trends and share insights with the team.
Skills:
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- 3+ years experience in a Product Management role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of agile product development processes.
- Analytical thinker, comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Experience working with product or development teams is advantageous but not essential.
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS or technical products.
