The role & key skills
- You will own the optimisation strategy across all channels with the aim of improving the customer journey and registration/ conversation rates
- Track user behaviour across the devices constantly seeking new conversion opportunities
- Set up the A/B & MVT testing working with other areas of the business to drive improvements
- 5+ years working in CRO
- Tech - GA suite & content squared
- You will come from a B2C background experience working in financial services is a plus but not entirely important
