They dominate their sector and have an increasingly global reach and this years push into new territories is going to be an exciting one.

Their performance marketing team is significant, as are their budgets and as thy grow in the UK and globally there is a need to further optimise these channels.

About the Role...

As the Performance Marketing Analyst in the business, you will be responsible for supporting and at times driving the significant performance marketing team. Their ad spend is large and your role is to help it be spent as efficiently as possible, maximising the conversion and helping to give th customer a great experience.

This role is wider than pure performance marketing analysis, you’ll be supporting what happens in the site and some retention work too. Your main focus is:

  • To build the strategy and roadmap for the next 12 months -
  • Create the data infrastructure and support user friendly BI accessibility
  • Work with all the performance teams – provide insights, feedback, reports and be there to challenge.
  • Support the CRM team by linking segmented / triggered data to communication platforms
  • You will be the point of contact for analytical and BI in the business – fancy that?
  • A doer, able to produce reports and make business recommendations from the data
  • Statistical / Computer Science education advantageous 
  • Previous senior data role experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • SQL and database queries (Snowplow)
  • Ability to produce dashboards e.g. Google data studio, Looker
  • Advanced understanding of performance marketing channels and conversion optimisation
  • Able to operate in a trading environment with a dynamic promotional calendar
  • Pragmatic and able to manage ad hoc data request and analysis
  • Ability to code advantageous (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
  • Ability to manage advanced channel attribution models

About You…

As an experienced Data Analyst with specific experience across the performance channels youll be a natural in these areas.   • SQL and database queries (Snowplow)
  • Ability to produce dashboards e.g. Google data studio, Looker
  • Huge experience in CRO & Performance marketing channels
  • Operate in a trading environment with a dynamic promotional calendar
  • Statistical / Computer Science education a plus
  • If you have coding skills like Python, R or SQL, that would be great
  • Can you manage and develop advanced channel attribution models
