Our client is looking to recruit a Web Analyst who will work as part of the Digital team to increase the reach, engagement and conversion across all digital channels. 

You will play a key role in providing data insights and highlighting areas of opportunity and strength that will guide the business. You will provide analysis into the customer behaviour and website performance to improve the customer experience.

About the role

  • Gather business requirements for data collection and translate them into implementation instructions
  • Design and build custom reporting solutions
  • Develop and improve data tracking and tagging for all websites
  • Support the online team by delivering trading insights and providing pre and post A/B test analysis
  • Create dashboards to allow easy access to key data
  • Constantly look for new opportunities and regularly make suggestions as to how things can be improved.

About you

  • Experience working in a web analytics role, preferably in an eCommerce fashion / luxury brand
  • Highly analytical, dynamic and attentive
  • Confident and articulate communicator - happy to present weekly to the wider business
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to analyse complex data
