We are looking for a Web Analyst to join a highly successful sustainable fashion brand based in Amsterdam on a 7 month Fixed-Term contract. The successful candidate will be utilising data to drive improvements to the online customer experience assisting the growth and development of direct consumer relationships.
About the role:
- You will take ownership of the E-Commerce analytics strategy, creating dashboards, ongoing reports and ensuring data integrity is of the highest standard
- Proactively look at opportunities to enhance and optimise the UX/ UI of the online customer experience journey
- Identify new methods to improve the Tag Management System (TMS)
- Show Senior stakeholders the benefits of analysing data and reporting on content changes, catalogue updates and functionality improvements
About you:
- Vastly experienced with Google Analytics (exposure to GA4 would be advantageous)
- You have been exposed and conducted A/B tests to improve the website functionality
- Deep understanding of Tag Management Systems (TMS)
- A very organised, self-starting attitude
