A fast-growing, digital-first omni-channel group is looking for a Creative Lead to look after digital creative strategy, ideation, and execution. This role will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of digital campaigns across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, storytelling, and design, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a compelling creative vision for digital campaigns
- Oversee the conceptualization and production of digital assets
- Provide clear creative direction and leadership to internal teams
- Collaborate with strategy, media, and data teams
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Mentor and develop a team of in-house designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Experience in leading creative for Meta, Google, Amazon
- Strong understanding of branding
- Strong leadership skills
