Brand & Campaigns Manager (6-Month FTC)

£50,000 pro rata salary

Location: Farnham, Surrey (Hybrid – min. 2 days in office, including Tuesdays)

 

We’re seeking an experienced Brand & Campaigns Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects, including the launch of a major new site opening later this year. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll coordinate cross-channel campaigns, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure every customer touchpoint is on-brand and impactful.

 

The role

  • Develop and deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, PR activity, and site openings.
  • Oversee creative briefing, asset production, and campaign execution.
  • Align messaging across marketing, social media, CRM, and in-venue channels.
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.

 

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record in brand and/or campaign management within a consumer-facing sector (leisure, hospitality, or entertainment experience a plus).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative work, both written and visual.
  • A collaborative communicator who can hit the ground running and adapt quickly.
