Business Development Manager (Digital Agency)

Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)

Salary: Up to 35K DOE, Total OTE 60K

 

We are working with fast growing digital marketing company looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business through email campaigns, calls, events, networking, and social media.
  • Lead Management: Qualify leads and close deals.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct 5+ sales meetings weekly.
  • CRM Management: Track leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Proposals & Contracts: Prepare proposals, pitch to clients, and close deals.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Upselling & Referrals: Identify upselling opportunities and generate referrals.
  • Client Billing & Retention: Oversee billing and maintain long-term client relationships.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, B2B sales, or consultancy - experience working in Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Creative Services is a plus.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrable experience in generating business and driving results.
  • Self-Motivated & Organised: Strong independent work ethic with excellent time-management skills.
  • Communication: Clear, engaging communication skills.
  • Client Focused: Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
