Business Development Manager (Digital Agency)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)
Salary: Up to 35K DOE, Total OTE 60K
We are working with fast growing digital marketing company looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business through email campaigns, calls, events, networking, and social media.
- Lead Management: Qualify leads and close deals.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct 5+ sales meetings weekly.
- CRM Management: Track leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Proposals & Contracts: Prepare proposals, pitch to clients, and close deals.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with internal teams.
- Upselling & Referrals: Identify upselling opportunities and generate referrals.
- Client Billing & Retention: Oversee billing and maintain long-term client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, B2B sales, or consultancy - experience working in Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Creative Services is a plus.
- Proven Success: Demonstrable experience in generating business and driving results.
- Self-Motivated & Organised: Strong independent work ethic with excellent time-management skills.
- Communication: Clear, engaging communication skills.
- Client Focused: Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
