Senior Media Buyer (Meta - D2C eCommerce)
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000

This business works with rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brands, generating monthly revenues of $350k-$500k. Unlike a typical agency, they work as the company's Growth team to help the business significantly scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and execute media buying for multiple brands (budgets from £60k monthly upwards, ensuring campaigns are optimised to achieve precision scaling and high client retention rates.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to align goals, solve challenges, and meet shared performance targets.
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and results, ensuring new clients achieve KPIs faster and with greater ease.
- Contribute to innovation by integrating advanced tools and methodologies, such as AI, into workflows.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media buying from ane agency workign with DTC / eCom brands. You will possess:
- 5+ years of direct experience in media buying in Meta
- Experience working with high-growth D2C/ eCommerce brands
- Agency/ Conasutlign experience is essential
- Expertise in multi-channel, data-driven growth strategies and a thorough understanding of attribution models and analytics tools.
- Strong operational skills, a results-driven mindset, and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple time zones in a non-traditional schedule.
