An innovative, tech-driven organisation is seeking a VP of Growth to lead its expansion efforts. The company excels in optimising direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies for high-growth brands, with a proven record of driving substantial revenue increases through advanced data-driven solutions. As the company scales rapidly, it is looking for a leader with exceptional strategic, managerial, and operational experience to drive its growth operations to the next level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives. Ensure that these strategies drive customer acquisition, engagement, and significant revenue growth.
  • Managerial Excellence: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Your ability to manage people effectively will be crucial in achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the growth function, ensuring that processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the overall strategic vision. This includes managing resources, optimising workflows, and ensuring that all operational activities contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Lead the design and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring they are continuously optimised for performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with key clients, aligning growth strategies with their business goals and providing expert guidance to maximise their success.
  • Innovation and Scalability: Drive innovation within the growth team, developing and implementing scalable systems and processes that can support the expansion of multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the P&L for the growth division, ensuring that all financial decisions support the company’s growth objectives and maximise profitability.

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years in growth-focused roles with extensive experience in strategic leadership, management, and operations within digital marketing, eCommerce, and data analytics.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to deliver significant growth in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in developing and scaling multi-channel campaigns while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals.

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong focus on strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Deep knowledge of the DTC landscape, particularly in customer acquisition, retention, and maximising customer lifetime value.
  • Strong managerial skills, with a focus on building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent operational capabilities, with a proven ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the growth function.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and managing growth teams that achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to handle complex data sets and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • A balance of hands-on experience with a strong focus on strategic vision and scalable growth.
