  • Mid-weight Digital Designer: £32,000 - £40,000 (2021: £28,000 - £40,000)
  • Senior Digital Designer: £45,000 - £70,000 (2021: £40,000 - £70,000)
  • Director/Head of Digital Design: £70,000 - £100,000 (2021: £60,000 - £100,000)

UX Design Job Titles

  • Junior UX Designer: £25,000 - £35,000 (2021: £22,000 - £35,000) 
  • UX Designer: £38,000 - £55,000 (2021: £35,000 - £55,000)
  • Senior/Lead UX Designer: £65,000 - £90,000 (2021: £65,000 - £90,000) 
  • Head of UX: £85,000 - £120,000 (2021: £80,000 - £120,000) 

Graphic Design Job Titles 

  • Junior Graphic Designer: £22,000 - £25,000 (2021: £20,000 - £25,000)
  • Graphic Designer: £25,000 - £35,000 (2021: £25,000 - £35,000)
  • Senior Graphic Designer: £40,000 - £55,000 (2021: £38,000 - £55,000)

Web Content & Content Marketing Salary Benchmarks 

  • Content Production Assistant/Executive: £22,000 - £30,000 (2020: £22,000 - £32,000)
  • Content Production Manager: £40,000 - £50,000 (2020: £40,000 - £50,000) 
  • Content (editorial) Assistant/Executive: £25,000 - £30,000 (2020: £24,000 - £32,000) 
  • Content (editorial) Manager: £45,000 - £60,000 (2020: £40,000 - £60,000)
  • Junior Copywriter: £20,000 - £28,000 (2020: £20,000 - £30,000)
  • Online Copywriter: £30,000 - £45,000 (2020: £30,000 - £45,000)
