About the role
- Provide regular reporting of key trading events and promotion
- Flag improvement areas to the CRM team
- Engage in analysis regarding customer segmentation
- Become the go-to for the CRM platform (use for analysis, setting up campaigns, etc.)
About you
- Several years experience in an analytics role within retail and beauty
- Self-sufficient with a positive can-do attitude
- A problem solver with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Someone who can see the bigger picture
