Our client is a disruptor in the online beauty space – a hugely recognised and innovative brand! Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join their London team.

About the role

  • Provide regular reporting of key trading events and promotion
  • Flag improvement areas to the CRM team
  • Engage in analysis regarding customer segmentation
  • Become the go-to for the CRM platform (use for analysis, setting up campaigns, etc.)

About you

  • Several years experience in an analytics role within retail and beauty
  • Self-sufficient with a positive can-do attitude
  • A problem solver with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Someone who can see the bigger picture
