An innovative luxury beauty brand is looking for an ambitious Creative Lead, you must be enthusiastic and ready to lead creative projects across all areas of the business. This is a fast-paced, fast-growing company and you will be responsible for their creative output.
You must have experience in marketing and brand design with a digital and social-first mindset. Also, experience in managing a team of designers in a fast-paced, reactive, busy studio environment and used to managing multiple projects through from conception to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the creative tone and advance the visual aesthetic for the brand across all channels
- Hands on with the creation of design assets
- Liaise closely with a CSM and Marketing to manage briefs, priorities, approvals and deadlines and look after the daily/weekly plan of the creative team
- Creative production - own the full creative process from brief to production including clarifying creative goals, leading photo and video shoots and managing asset production
- Work with leadership team to define agency digital offering, and deliver best-in-class digital creative
- Work with leadership and brand strategists to set creative strategy and develop client positioning
Skills and qualities:
- Extensive innovative design experience within beauty
- Previous experience managing and developing a team
- PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Office, Google Docs. Premiere Pro/Xd/Sketch a bonus.
- Ability to work with multiple departments to ensure high quality output
