This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager to join a fast-growing wellness brand in London!
This retailer has secured investment from some exciting backers, to help accelerate their growth on a global scale and this is one of their key hires! It will be a very hands on role to begin with but their is future scope to build your own team and department.
You will join a small but growing team of 30 people and work in a high-performance culture. A passion for the wellness space is a MUST!
About the role:
- Ownership of their CRM Channel and strategy.
- Work closely with their email marketing agency to execute technical CRM improvements.
- Own and manage the CRM content calendar, working closely with internal teams to launch weekly campaigns via Klaviyo platform.
- Set up and implement advanced segmentation to target relevant customers.
- Carry out A/B testing to optimise email content, send times, subject lines etc.
- Reporting and analysing campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
About You:
- +3 years experience working in a CRM/Email Marketing role
- Previous retail, wellness, eCommerce experience
- Passion for health & wellness is essential
- ESP experience - ideally Klaviyo
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced start-up and thrive!
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
