What I’m looking for

• Someone with a proven track record in delivering growth for a DTC, digital first business.
• Had ownership of P&L and budgets.
• Looked after brand proposition and GTM
• Experience across all elements of ecommerce trade, acquisition, retention, brand, content etc (full commercial scope).
• Strong performance marketer blended with consumer brand (if possible!)
• Managed teams and external agencies.
