General Manager (GM) – Progression to Director
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £60,000 - £70,000 + 20% Profit Share & 20% Equity

With the foundation now laid, we are ready to scale, and we are looking for a General Manager to join our small but dynamic remote team and help drive the company’s growth.
The Role:
As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business. Reporting directly to the founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales, and scaling the brand. Your remit will involve managing the small remote team, streamlining operations, and implementing strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
This is a unique opportunity to become a pivotal part of a rapidly growing company. The role offers fast progression to Director level and includes an equity share of 20%, ensuring that you have real ownership and share in the success of the business.
