Senior Category Manager – Small Domestic Appliances
€70,000 - €100,000 base salary + bonus & benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to take ownership of the Small Domestic Appliances range within a fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a unique opportunity to shape category strategy, build supplier partnerships, and deliver best-in-class product selection at competitive prices.
What you’ll do
- Manage the end-to-end category process for Small Domestic Appliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers.
- Analyse category performance, identify gaps, and implement growth strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations and promotional planning with key brands.
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Develop category strategies tailored to the NL market, driving acquisition and retention.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in category management, procurement, or buying (FMCG experience desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious, analytical, and motivated to deliver results.
