A brilliant science-backed and much loved beauty brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their London Head Office.
Owning social for the brand, you will be a champion for all social channels, creating engaging native content, developing their creative approach and focusing on innovation across new and existing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the social strategy for community
- Plan and oversee the development and management of content calendars
- Plan and present the social strategy for upcoming launches and campaigns
- Brief social content to the creative team and external content creators
- Approve and edit social media content including copy, imagery and video
- Capture content for shoots, special projects, and events
- Build relationships with new and established influencers
- Produce regular social trend reports and present your findings to stakeholders
- Measure and report on performance.
- Utilise social listening tools and platform insights
- Manage the social media budget
- Support the culture by driving Diversity & Inclusion
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience building a company’s organic social media presence
- Experience of managing a social team of at least 1-2 direct reports
- A proven track record for developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Experience in video editing, including mobile apps and TikTok platforms
- Exceptional English copywriting skills
- Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats
- An interest in beauty and fashion
