22-year-old Molly Mae becomes the new Creative Director for leaders in the fashion eCommerce market and multi-million-pound company, Pretty Little Thing.

After two very successfully sold-out brand deals with PLT, it’s no surprise the ex-love island 2019 winner is rumoured to be signing a 7-figure deal.

It’s incredible how she has been able to detach herself from the reality show and grow her own personal brand.

From Ambassador/Influencer to Creative Director - what a win for Molly, her manager Fran, and the team at PLT.

Following Fenty Beauty, Pretty Little Thing are the new celebrity-fronted brand that is using a household name to be hands-on and passionate about the products.

This is not the traditional career move but considering her long-standing collaborations and work with PLT it just proves…. when there’s a will there’s a way!

The possibility of something like this happening is exciting but no matter the unconventional route you may need to take to reach your dream job in eCommerce, our consultants at Cranberry Panda are here to guide you every step of the way. Any excuse to put that boss energy back into in the working world!
